Mind and Body

Wellbeing is both Mental and Physical. Everything in life could do to be a happy medium but as we all know its not so easy, some people seem to sail through life without much going wrong. Yet others as I only know too well have quite a lot of negative instances some of which can come and go without much of a lasting adverse affect but sometimes people can have some things go wrong that will have a  massive lasting affect that makes life a real struggle that could be death of a loved one or an injury that can leave you with a life long disability and can be very difficult in later life.
