General information is ALWAYS from reputable sources but as always if unsure contact your GP, Doctor or youre Healthcare Professional.
In the UK we get help fron our Chemist/Pharmacy our GP/Doctor and Specialist Healthcare Professional for everyday things like Foot problems if you are Diabetic and also things like Hearing etc. There are quite a few Departments in your local GP Surgery and more specialist at larger Health Centres then theres even more departments in regonal Hospitals.
Always think before phoning the GP Surgery as they are VERY busy and please be polite as they are stretched and under a lot of pressure due to no fault of your local Surgery its beyond their control so bear with it if the phone lines are busy and you have to wait and or have to call back later. But theres help for minor things at the local Chemist/Pharmacy and if needed theres the NHS 111 service and in Emergency 999.
